Mujgan Huseynli
MSc Electrical Engineering @ GWU · Project Engineer I @ Honeywell
I am a second(final) year Master’s Student in Electrical Engineering at the George Washington University (GWU) 🇺🇸. Previously, I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Baku Higher Oil School (BHOS) 🇦🇿, and also spent a semester at Alcalá University 🇪🇸.
I am currently working on my thesis, where we try to design and analyze an FPGA-based controller for GAN-based three phase inverters.
Previously, I worked on designing level control system using Emerson control valves on a testbed rig for my bachelor’s thesis (a brief summary). I also worked on building assistive system for visually impaired people using technologies such as Arduino, Python, TensorFlow, and OpenCV.
Regarding industry experience, I currently work as a Project Engineer I at Honeywell 🇺🇸. Previously, I interned as an Instrumentation and Control Engineer at Emerson 🇺🇸 and Socar Polymer 🇦🇿. Please, check my resume for the details.
I am actively looking for PhD positions in Electrical Engineering.
I love painting 🎨 and photography 📸, you can see some of my works here.
